1. What This Website Is

Piute County Criminal History is a private reference site with no government ties. It neither stores official records nor retrieves them, performs official checks, or files documents for a visitor.

The content identifies record routes such as the Piute County Sheriff's Office, Utah Courts Xchange, the Utah Department of Public Safety Bureau of Criminal Identification, and the Utah Sex and Kidnap Offender Registry. Some pages also connect to outside research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not create consumer reports, credit reports, or official background checks. The same is true of the services offered here by advertising partners. You must not use site content or linked search results to:

• Make an employment decision
• Evaluate a renter or housing applicant
• Set insurance terms or judge creditworthiness
• Determine eligibility for a permit, license, or government benefit
• Carry out any other FCRA-regulated purpose
